Lighthouse Tirana

The “Lighthouse” project envisages the construction of a residential building with 15 floors above ground, a usable terrace, and 4 underground levels, located near the Zoo area. The site is situated in an area with high urban development potential and with favorable access to road infrastructure, green spaces, and public services.

The building is proposed as a modern residential structure with a contemporary design, neutral façades, and a volume harmonized with the surrounding environment. Natural lighting, ventilation, and orientation have been optimized to enhance residential comfort. The project ensures full integration with energy networks, water supply and sewage systems, and telecommunications infrastructure.
