The Wall project is located in the Zoo area, approximately 3–4 km on the outskirts of the city of Tirana.
This area is one of the fastest-growing urban regions in Tirana, with a large number of new constructions and an expanding population. With its urban characteristics, the area has high development potential. The use of appropriate types of new buildings and the improvement of road infrastructure are essential for the harmonious integration of new constructions within the existing urban context.
The proposed building is planned as a multifunctional residential and service complex, including apartments with varying numbers of floors (4, 5, 7, and 10 floors).
The characteristics of the proposed site include an area of 26,800 m², bounded by the urban zone to the north and a development-potential area to the south. By aligning with road access and the urban network, this multifunctional building will serve as a catalyst for the development of its surrounding area, integrating a new architectural approach and promoting sustainable urban growth.
The construction of the building is designed to meet all urban parameters of the area, including architecture and favorable orientation for the proposed purpose.
This careful attention to detail and the harmonization of the building with the urban and natural environment of the area make the project a positive addition to the urban landscape of the Zoo area.
